By using the ROTAKİP platform (the “Service”) you accept the following terms. If you do not accept these terms, please do not use the Service.

ROTAKİP is a SaaS platform providing energy plant operations (O&M), EPC project tracking and related management tools. The scope of the Service varies by the selected plan.

2. Account and Security

You are responsible for the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
You must notify us immediately of any suspected unauthorised access.

3. Acceptable Use

You may not use the Service for unlawful purposes or in a way that infringes the rights of third parties.
You may not attempt anything that would compromise the security of the platform.

4. Pricing and Payment

Plan fees and their scope are set out in the pricing section. Whether applicable taxes (VAT) are included in or excluded from the stated prices is shown clearly on the payment screen.

5. Intellectual Property

All rights in the platform and its content belong to ROTAKİP The operational data you enter into the platform belongs to you and is processed solely to deliver the Service.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we accept no liability for indirect damages.
